Can't believe they fit so much health into a tasty and portable bar, wow!
That was me, running on empty, with a packed schedule and no breakfast. Then I remembered the READYBAR I had tossed in my bag. It was my first time trying READYBAR and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted for a protein-packed bar! It gave me the steady energy I needed to power through the day and was just filling enough without weighing me down. Best of all, it didn't leave me bloated or gassy like some bars can!
I gave one to my friend traveling with me (she's on GLP-1 meds). She tried it and loved it too. (Of course, check with your doctor first if you're on medications like that). We had the chocolate peanut caramel one.
