This bar is unlike any other I’ve had. I have a busy work day. And many times I don’t have time for a proper lunch. This bar has been a great replacement in the middle of the day. I feel satisfied (hunger),I can tell I have more energy, and there is no sugar-y spike and decline. And the PB/J tastes like….PB/J !!! Highly recommend the Ready Bar.
